2. 6 Months Zero Interest Financing with CareCredit: Use CareCredit to finance your treatment and we will pay your interest for 6 months. No down payment is required.*
3. 12 Months Zero Interest Financing with First Financial Bank: Use First Financial to finance your treatment and we will pay the interest for 12 months. No down payment is required.*
4. 36 Months Fixed 5.99% Interest with First Financial Bank: Finance your treatment for 36 months and lock your interest at 5.99% for the duration of the term. No down payment is required.*
5. Affordable Monthly Payments with Compassionate Finance: Create an affordable payment plan ranging from 6–60 months. 20% of total treatment cost is required as a down payment. Active checking account required. Variable interest rate of 13.99%–17.99% will apply.**
